1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the TerritoryBet website, demo console, API reference materials or any related service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What TerritoryBet is

TerritoryBet Inc. provides jurisdiction-authorization infrastructure for regulated gaming operators, tribal gaming authorities and related stakeholders. The Services help determine whether a device location may fall within a jurisdiction that permits certain lawful gaming activities. TerritoryBet is not a bookmaker, casino, sportsbook, wagering provider or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, process payments, hold player funds or operate games of chance.

3. Eligibility and access

Certain parts of the Services, including the live demo and API reference console, require registration or a valid access code issued by an authorized TerritoryBet administrator. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Access codes are personal, non-transferable and may be revoked or expired at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • circumvent geolocation checks, spoof location data or mask a device's physical location;
  • place, facilitate or settle real-money wagers through the platform;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Services;
  • violate any applicable law, gaming regulation or tribal compact; or
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any operator or authority.

5. Intellectual property

The TerritoryBet name, logo, software, documentation, boundary data and other materials are owned by TerritoryBet Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute them without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided for informational and demonstration purposes. Jurisdiction boundaries and gaming rules shown in the demo are derived from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. A result returned by the platform does not constitute legal advice, a regulatory determination or confirmation that any specific wager is lawful. Operators remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and tribal-state compacts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TerritoryBet Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
