Gambling jurisdictions, country by country and state by state

Legality is never national by default. It changes at a state line, a reservation boundary, a parish vote or a casino property line. This is the map TerritoryBet exists to enforce: the postures below decide whether a person may bet at all, and the console decides whether they may bet from exactly where they are standing.

State monopoly or narrow licence
Play runs through a state operator or a very small number of concessions.
Prohibited or effectively closed
Commercial gambling is banned outright or has no lawful route to market.

Compiled from public regulator information and reviewed in September 2026. Gambling law moves quickly; treat this as orientation, not legal advice. The only boundaries wired into the live decision engine today are US tribal lands, drawn from the Census tribal land records and the NIGC gaming tribe report.
